International Ordering Terms & Conditions
ORDERING OUTSIDE UK
We accept orders from around the world, not just the UK!
UK VAT (TAX)
If you are ordering from outside the UK, once you add your country code to the address field we will AUTOMATICALLY remove the UK VAT (Value Added Tax) from the items you are ordering.
If you choose to go back and shop for more items online, you will see the prices excluding VAT.
You can choose to view prices in your own currency, however you will be charged in £GPB. All quoted prices on the currency conversion are approximate and subject to currency fluctuations.
IMPORT DUTIES and/or TAXES at country of import:
Any taxes or import duties that are added once your order arrives into your own country (or the country you are sending the items to) will be payable by you or the recipient of the order.
You are responsible for checking with customs and paying any import duties.
Failure to pay for duties can result in your order to be delayed or even returned to us.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send you a tracking code for you to track your items once they are dispatched from our warehouse.
All items are sent International Track and Trace via ROYAL MAIL: Please use this link to track items: ROYAL MAIL TRACK AND TRACE
Once the order is received into your country, there will be a LINK from the Royal Mail Track and Trace to the local delivery service which has partnered with Royal Mail which you can then use to follow up with your parcel.
DELIVERY TIMES:
All delivery times are approximate and are subject to change depending on customs and other variables.
RETURNS:
We are happy to accept International returns for a full refund. Any costs incurred for International postage for returns are your own responsibility. Please make sure to use a reputable method of postage and choose a method that has tracking available. We cannot be held responsible for items that are returned to us and lost in the post.
